  Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
  I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
  There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
  LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had
  to tell someone!

  First off I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear
  your head prior to writing. I've had a hard time clearing
  my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first
  10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any
  ideas or hints? Thank you!
