  First off I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like
  to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center
  yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had a hard time clearing
  my mind in getting my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like
  the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin.

  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now
  each time a comment is added I get four emails
  with the same comment. Is there any way you
  can remove people from that service? Bless you!
