  First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I'd
  like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you
  center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
  
  I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to

  When I initially commented I clicked the
  "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each
  time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.
  
  Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
